Dalinuosi.lt is a revealed intermediary, and thus has to issue an invoice only for its intermediary services.
- Dalinuosi.lt issues an invoice for every owner after a successful rental transaction
- The invoice includes a commission, service fee and other tax.
If an owner is a juridical person:
- Input company’s details in your dalinuosi.lt account to receive an invoice for a juridical person
- Juridical person issues an invoice to the renter according to their provided details.
For example, the owner sets a price of 100€.
- The renter pays 115€ (15% dalinuosi.lt commission) and receives an invoice from dalinuosi.lt
- After a successful transaction, dalinuosi.lt pays out 87,9€ to the owner (10% commission + VAT) and issues an invoice for this amount.
- The owner issues an invoice or a VAT invoice of 100€ to the renter (the rent amount)
